Change Password Help

1. Your password can only be changed after you have logged in.

     The change password (Account Settings) form, can be accessed either by:

  • Going to the "Accounts Icon", and clicking on the "Account Settings" link.

                                                 OR

  • By clicking on the "Change Password" link in the Operations menu in the footer section.

2. The account settings screen, will appear. The email address field, will be populated by default with

    the email address currently on your account. Enter a new password, confirm it, enter your old password

    and then click on the “Update Details  button”.

    If the correct password details have been entered, a message "Your account details have been updated" 

    will appear.
